Specialist, HR Reporting and Workforce Planning
The Position 

As part of the Global Central HR Service Team, the role supports the HR Reporting and Workforce Planning processes. HR Reporting and Workforce Planning Services are providing services globally across all time zones. In close coordination with the GBS HR Process Management, the role ensures that the processes are executed in high quality and in compliance with the guidelines in all regions of the world.
 

Duties and Responsibilities:

As part of the HR Reporting and Workforce Planning team, the role supports the global execution of global processes for HR reporting and Workforce Planning, this includes:

Review and run requested reports, advise and create new reportsResponsible for monitoring data quality being within the HR systemsWith technical and analytical skills, the team specializes in reporting by extracting and transforming data from the standard HR systems.Provides 2nd level support for system issues related to access, reports and data.Ensure operational excellence in delivering standardized, transparent, efficient, and policy-compliant processes to all BI companies and countries.

This includes tasks like: 

Responsible for creation and maintenance of new and ad hoc reporting requests sent by the businessDevelop, maintain and support reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools (SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, Taleo)Assist GBS HR teams to use available global standard reports, promoting a self-service reporting processAssists in the development and maintenance of global standardized reports to meet ongoing operational reporting needsConnect with local HR operations team to effectively evaluate data requirements and reporting needs utilizing global standard reporting toolsValidate data integrity in system by running queries and analyzing data together with Org Management teamDevelops procedures, guidelines and documentationParticipates in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regionsSupport the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when neededProvide expertise on development and implementation process of the new reports / DashboardsAssists Global Process Managers in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentationParticipates in continuous improvement of processes and systems within Central Services from a business perspectiveProvides support including researching and resolving complex reporting problems, unexpected results or process flaws; recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements

 

Supporting larger initiatives / projects that have an impact on the organizational data or structureStrive to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services through IT solutions. Monitor leading practices and trends in HR technology and data governance through regular active participation in industry experience exchange groups and beyond. Strive for innovation and lean processes within HR @ GBS.
 About our Future EmployeeYou should have at least 3+ years working in Reporting process and/or similar experience using a reporting system/tool

Additionally, we are looking for:

A bachelor’s degree in any field.Shared Service Center experienceSpecific knowledge around  SuccessFactors Employee Central and Reporting CentreAble to understand and investigate topics related to multiple business areasAnalytically minded and methodical problem solverVery good interpersonal skills with excellent customer service and “can do mentality”, while also able to uphold governance on SOPs and data complianceProcess orientation and user satisfaction attitudeAble to efficiently prioritize work and timely inform stakeholders on the progressExperience working within a multi-cultural environmentStrong written and communication skills in English languageStrong Microsoft Excel skills
