As a member of the Ryan Platform client services team, this position will help us deliver on our TaxFeed product subscriptions. TaxFeed is Ryan’s proprietary property tax data product that brings a client’s property tax data to their property tax management system. This product allows its users to spend less time entering data, find issues quickly, more accurately budget and forecast their tax expense, have greater success in property tax appeals, and run a more efficient property tax department.


The Specialist, Data Implementation is a client facing role (US Employees Only) where you are expected to assist the Senior Specialist, Data Implementations or Manager, Data Implementations on client implementations and other special projects. This includes attending all internal meetings, client kickoff and status update meetings, updating the project plan Smartsheet, and tracking individual time spent on implementation tasks. You will also be tasked with leading your own minor implementation projects not to exceed 2 concurrent projects.

Value:

Technical skills including running and writing database queriesKnowledge of the basics of one or more of commercially available property tax software systems in the market (PTMS, ONESOURCE Property Tax, PropertyPoint, itamlink, etc.). 

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or any Technical degree is preferred or equivalent work experience. Property Tax experience preferred (not required).1-2 years’ experience in client services role or project management

Computer Skills:

Experience with PTMS, OPT, Itam or other commercially available property tax systems preferred. Experience using Microsoft Excel and basic Office products. Experience running and writing basic SQL queries
