Specialist, Integration Support
How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Delta’s Sales and Distribution Servicing Solutions team is dedicated to ensuring the seamless integration and support for our technology partners, with a focus on delivering timely and efficient deployment of New Distribution Capability (NDC) features. As an Integration Support Specialist, you will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and other stakeholders to facilitate the integration of solutions into Delta’s systems. Your role will be critical in ensuring alignment across teams, resolving issues, and enabling the successful implementation of new capabilities. Specifically: + Support the manager with tasks related to solutionintegration, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. + Coordinate and conduct integration triaging and validationof planned functionality to drive performance. + Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, collaboratingwith cross-functional teams to resolve roadblocks. + Document and track progress of integration efforts,maintaining accurate records to support reporting and analysis. + Assist in aligning integration tasks with broader NDCinitiatives, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects. + Act as a liaison between technical and business teams toensure requirements are clearly defined and met. + Provide feedback on integration processes, suggestingimprovements to enhance deployment outcomes. What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) + 3-5 years of experience in technology integration, systemtesting, or technical support roles. + Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach totroubleshooting and issue resolution. + Effective communication skills, with the ability to workcollaboratively across technical and non-technical teams. + Knowledge of NDC standards and airline industry technologiesor equivalent experience in technical integrations. + Strong organizational skills, with a track record ofmanaging multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. + Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self,others, and personal data. + Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. + Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency. + Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work inthe United States. What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications) + Understanding and experience of Accelya products, servicesand technical landscape. + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems,or a related field. + Familiarity with airline distribution systems, travelindustry technology, or integration frameworks. + Experience working in Agile environments and knowledge ofAgile principles. + Experienced with JIRA, Agility, Confluence and Microsoftsuite of products. + Technical expertise with APIs, XML, JSON, and integrationframeworks. + Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaborationseffectively. + Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, innovation, and teamsuccess.
