RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and troubleshoot all IT and broadcast equipment within the facility to ensure operational excellence. This may include servers, routers, switches, VOIP phones and PCs.End-user support for all network, computer, and software related issues.Perform routine maintenance on broadcast equipment, including audio, video, and control systems.Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop and implement audio, video, and IT solutions that meet the station’s needs.Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, especially during live broadcasts, to minimize downtime and ensure on-air continuity.Assist in the successful completion of new initiatives, technical upgrades, and operational projects.Interface with internal users, corporate teams, and external vendors to diagnose, implement, and resolve system issues.Windows Domain user/group administration – adds, deletions, changes

Requirements & Skills:

College degree preferredFamiliarity with remote desktop applications and VPNs is preferred. Experience with Adobe editing systems is an advantage.Experience with broadcast audio, video, and control systems a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Fluency in English, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and independently on projects.Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.Physical capability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds, work in varied weather conditions, and climb ladders as required.
