RESPONSIBILITIES + Maintain and troubleshoot all IT and broadcast equipment within the facility to ensure operational excellence. This may include servers, routers, switches, VOIP phones and PCs. + End-user support for all network, computer, and software related issues. + Perform routine maintenance on broadcast equipment, including audio, video, and control systems. + Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop and implement audio, video, and IT solutions that meet the station’s needs. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, especially during live broadcasts, to minimize downtime and ensure on-air continuity. + Assist in the successful completion of new initiatives, technical upgrades, and operational projects. + Interface with internal users, corporate teams, and external vendors to diagnose, implement, and resolve system issues. + Windows Domain user/group administration – adds, deletions, changes Requirements & Skills: + College degree preferred + Familiarity with remote desktop applications and VPNs is preferred. Experience with Adobe editing systems is an advantage. + Experience with broadcast audio, video, and control systems a plus. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Fluency in English, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff. + Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and independently on projects. + Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. + Physical capability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds, work in varied weather conditions, and climb ladders as required.
