Specialist, Loyalty Operations
**Overall Job Summary**
This position is responsible for performing day-to-day operational tasks and aligning with internal departments and third parties to make decisions which ensure flawless execution of the Neighbor’s Club loyalty program. This position will be the primary point of contact for Neighbor’s Club operational activities, including creating and maintaining task lists, overseeing core program components, executing offer submissions, and handling ad-hoc loyalty requests. In addition, this role is expected to be a subject matter expert in loyalty operations.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)**
+ Work cross-functionally to drive day-to-day operational tasks with internal departments and third parties to ensure flawless execution of loyalty program
+ Create and manage project timelines and task lists; adjusting plans as needed, and align with all stakeholders (internal and external) as changes occur
+ Ensure execution of core program components including FAQs / Terms and Conditions, member rewards, and store signage
+ Manage submission of member-only offers and delivery of offer reporting and insights
+ Manage and respond to ad hoc requests for the broader loyalty function
+ Collaborate with internal Marketing stakeholders to assess and improve loyalty operations
**Required Qualifications**
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Loyalty, or Operations experience. Retail Operations experience is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
**Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities**
⦁ Experience with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel)
⦁ Excellent oral and written communication skills
⦁ Speak, read, and write effectively in the English language
