Responsibilities
A planner develops immediate and overnight forecasted scheduling of aircraft maintenance requirements based on aircraft location and station capabilitiesCoordinates schedule of required daily, overnight and long range maintenance on all aircraft including maintenance checks and deferred maintenance requirementsDevelops, coordinates, and schedules Bill of Work for overnight maintenance and deferred tasks for department QualificationsWho are we looking for?
Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to work in a team environment and the ability to prioritize work and projects in order to meet competing deadlines from members of the teamThe ability to show initiative and critical thinking skills are necessaryMust be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivatedHigh school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferredMust be willing and able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidaysMust be at least 18 years of ageMust have strong working knowledge with all Microsoft suite programs, must have a high level of expertise in Excel, including proficiency in writing and calculating formulas using V-Lookup and pivot tablesMust be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English languageExperience in working effectively under deadline pressures preferredAbility to interact effectively with all levels of management preferredPossess a high level of organization and interpersonal skills preferredDemonstrated understanding of Envoy Maintenance and Engineering computer systems preferredStrong familiarity with Envoy Maintenance and safety policies, procedures, agreements and budgeting functions preferredAbove average organization, interpersonal, oral and written skills preferredHigh level of understanding of MOCPM performance and procedures preferred
