Your Key Responsibilities

Operative Material Data Management  
•    Release and processing of RfMM (Request for Material Master) workflows in SAP_EP1
•    Manual creation of material data in SAP_P66
•    Material Purchasing Data creation, including Purchase Info Record (PIR), PREF, Quality Info Record (QIR) and Vendor List
•    Definition and maintanence of Field Entry Documentation (FED) rules
•    Maintenance of data and improvement of the material data quality
•    Support and execution of group-wide changes in Material Data for B&IS Asia Pacific Trading Plants for e.g. SOCO Master Data Fixation  
•    Identification of master data inconsistencies inside and outside the B&IS Asia network
•    Requesting master data changes and tracking outside of the B&IS Asia Pacific network
•    Execution of product replacements and relocations within the system to ensure fulfilment of the global product management strategy

 

Schaeffler Quality Initiatives & KPIs
•    Responsible for the monitoring and achievement of relevant process KPIs/Data Quality Indicators for material data including RfMM, DQ-MMR PlanMats (Data Quality of relevant Material Master Record fields for Demand Planning materials), Material Status Release and MDSC/DQ-DC & DQC etc., for Industrial Asia Pacific Trading Plants and to define improvement activities in case of any deviations

 

Project Management
•    Implementation of projects in the context of continuous improvement process and quality management
•    Support and particiapte in (sub-)projects with focus on Demand Management Material Data
•    Alignment with process owner regarding extensive process changes or requirements (Δ-Analyse)
 

Your Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration (specialization on Supply Chain Management) or relevant field Minimum of 3 years professional experience in the related field of Material Data Management Comprehensive knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint) Comprehensive knowledge SAP-R/3 (MM, PP, SD Modules) Comprehensive knowledge of Schaeffler Group's market and product knowledge preferred Fluency in business written and spoken English
