**Date Posted:** 2025-03-04 **Country:** Malaysia **Location:** Hamilton Sundstrand Customer Support Centre (M) Sdn Bhd, No 9, Lengkuk Keluli 2, Bukit Rajah Industrial Estate, 41050 Klang, Selangor, Malaysia **Position Role Type:** Unspecified **Receiving & Material Handling** + Manage incoming material inspection, ensuring compliance with purchase orders, quality standards, and relevant regulatory requirements + Verify shipment documentation for accuracy, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of conformance. + Work closely with the Quality team to address non-conforming materials, ensuring proper quarantine and disposition. + Ensure all received materials are properly identified, labeled, and prepared for storage or production use. + Partner with Material Planner and Buyer to resolve discrepancies in material receipts and ensure timely availability of critical parts. + Partner with the EH&S team to ensure all safety protocols are followed during material handling, including proper handling of hazardous materials to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. + Identify opportunities to improve receiving processes, reducing turnaround times and increasing accuracy. + Ensure receiving operations comply with relevant safety regulations, internal policies, and industry standards. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date receiving records within the ERP system to support traceability and audit requirements. + Assist in regulatory and customer audits related to receiving processes and material traceability. **Qualifications & Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Aviation, or related field. + 5+ years of experience in receiving operations, material handling, or supply chain within an aviation MRO or manufacturing environment. + Strong knowledge of receiving inspection, aviation material handling, and compliance with aviation regulatory requirements. + Experience with ERP systems for receiving, inventory tracking, and material documentation. + Understanding of customs regulations, hazardous material handling, and aviation industry best practices. + Strong problem-solving and communication skills with attention to detail. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance in receiving operations. _RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
