About the Role
通过微信等新技术、新形式,采用多样的沟通方式,为营销员提供更加优质、高效、便捷的服务,不断提高服务体验,全力支持渠道业务发展。工作职责:
1.各类线上咨询、申请的全流程操作,疑难案件的初审及上报。
2.熟练完成营销员在线的咨询、申请。
3.持续创新,及时发现服务中的问题和痛点,并给出可行的解决方案或建议,不断提升服务体验。
4.根据服务中的常见问题及核保、理赔等各模块规则更新,主动制作及推送宣传资料(包括但不限于图文消息、视频等)。
5.与中后台各部门的良好沟通,做好前线和后援的桥梁,简化流程,提升后援部门工作效率。
7.有风险敏感性,及时发现工作中的风险点,配合主管做好风险防范和处理。
岗位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,2年以上保险相关经验。
2. 认同公司文化。
3. 良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神,一定的抗压能力。
4. 具有变革意识、创新精神及持续改进的能力。
5. 熟练操作办公软件。
