Job Description:

As an Operations Services Specialist, you’re leveraging your industry expertise to create actionable solutions for the most challenging operational issues.  These issues often span multiple processes and functions and require fresh and innovative thinking to navigate the ever-changing environment in which we operate. You thrive on the challenges that come with analyzing complex problems, influencing outcomes, and driving change. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expertise within a functional team to deliver projects, solutions or services that result in exceptional client satisfaction. JOB DUTIES

Serve as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) within assigned functional area 

Manage and maintain real estate data, ensuring accuracy and integrity for fraud detection.

Perform quality audits on client request data before production, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain data reliability and compliance with legal standards.

Analyze and transform diverse data and file formats, ensuring production readiness and seamless integration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, consultants, and third-party clients, to ensure smooth data flow and successful project execution.

Utilize Salesforce & JIRA to track and manage incidents, enabling accurate, real-time reporting and timely resolution.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures, including custom workflows and fraud notification systems, serving as a reference for onboarding and team knowledge-sharing.

Monitor operational quality, both automated and manual functions, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of tasks.

Partner with client services and interact directly with clients to enhance customer experience, address concerns, and drive satisfaction.

Perform ongoing process analysis, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality in daily operations.

Duties may vary based on areas of focus (Payments, Refunds, Procurement, Field Procurement, Non-Escrow, Funds Management, Flood Search, Tax Search, Data Integrity, Commercial Tax)  

Job Qualifications:

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma, GED or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 

6+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record of exceeding standards related to proficiency, quality, competency and job knowledge  

Client service-oriented experience required   

Subject Matter Expert level knowledge of process-specific platforms, programs, processes and/or clients

Technical subject matter expert of specific tasks or work processes 

Ability to resolve escalated issues 

Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with all levels of the organization, specifically the ability to tell a story with supporting data 

Strong project management, analytical and interpersonal skills  

Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, to achieve set goals and complete assignments within established parameters and deadlines 

Technically savvy with a proficiency to learn new systems and applications; proficient with MS Office  

Ability to cultivate and maintain collaborative working relationships 

Proven ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources, and prioritize multiple work assignments 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate complex ideas 

Experience: Experience in data operations, data processing, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in analysis tools.

Tools: Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, and data transformation tools.

Attention to Detail: Strong ability to analyze data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work with multiple teams, including data engineers, client services, and third-party vendors.

Documentation: Ability to maintain clear and comprehensive process documentation.

Process Improvement: Experience in optimizing workflows and enhancing data accuracy.
