Reporting to a Sales Manager, you will enable the sales process for a client's products and services for an assigned territory/client, with moderate variables in geography and/or customer complexity. At Concentrix, you can truly Own Your Future!You will:Promote customer retention and revenue growth for an established customer baseAchieve defined metrics by ensuring the sale of products/services to a portfolio of strategic channel engagement partnersProvide accurate sales forecastsConduct consultative reviews and health checks analyzing our needsMaintain overall health of channel, ensuring high satisfaction levels, with constant evaluation of channel experience and use feedbackManage all channel escalations and coordinate delivery of resolution, while maintaining communication with the client and our teamsFacilitate calls with channel partner to share best practices and communicate channel programs and strategic growth opportunitiesEnsure value visible to client by sharing insights with proactive engagement on main projectsCreate, develop, and deliver training to the sales teamManage customer contacts through phone and email each dayCollaborate with teams and management to improve sales processesMaintain a high level of CRM hygiene to ensure all relevant data is capturedPotentially attend vendor eventsYou have:Willingness to work on-site in Greenville, SC3+ years of prior experience working in a customer service or sales capacity preferredBachelor's degree/diploma preferredExperience in coaching others or training delivery preferredExperience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferredExperience with customers management while developing positive customer relationsExperience of high volume callingExperience adapting and optimizing new technology and dataExcellent knowledge of Microsoft programsExperience maintaining overall ownership and to function as single point of contact for Top Channel PartnersWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
