The future team member that will love this job will be focused on managing relationships with important channel partners, and supporting a team to grow sales through channel partners. You would create channel specific sales plays and programs, which requires internal engagement and coaching of the internal sales team. Reporting to a sales manager, you will have an assigned territory and develop an excellent level of product or service knowledge to support customer questions and promote offerings. You Have
3+ years of prior experience working in a customer service or sales capacity
Experience of high-volume calling
A passion for customer experience
Experience coaching others or training delivery
Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
Experience using email, phone and video tools
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Maintain overall ownership and to function as single contact for Top Channel Partners
You Will
Improve customer retention and revenue growth for an established customer base while providing accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts
Achieve defined metrics by promoting the sale of products and services to a portfolio of strategic channel engagement partners
Conduct monthly/quarterly consultative reviews and health checks analyzing our needs
Create talk tracks specifically related to customer health and use predictive data to identify 'at-risk' customers
Maintain overall health of channel, ensuring high satisfaction levels, with constant evaluation of channel experience and use feedback to make improvements.
Manage all channel escalations and coordinate delivery of prompt and successful resolution, while maintaining communication to client and our teams
Guide calls with channel partner to share best practices, promote channel programs and strategic growth opportunities to expand business
Create and deliver training to the sales team, sharing important insights and promoting the unique value and benefits of products
Manage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day
Work with cross-functional teams and management to improve sales processes and achieve a positive customer experience
Maintain a high level of CRM hygiene to ensure all relevant data is captured.
May potentially attend vendor events

Virtual First
Concentrix is a Virtual First company, which means work outside of an office will be the primary experience for most employees for the foreseeable future. Equipment will be provided, but Internet connection and a space at home to work is required. While you have the ability to work from your home, we do require that you are in a commutable distance (NCR, Cavite, Rizal, Laguna and Bulacan), of the local office to ensure you can attend when/if required by the company. In addition, per PEZA regulations, we are mandated to keep track and record the movement of all company-owned work equipment, thus any movement of these work equipment are prohibited without any prior approval by the management team, including our PH Site Director
