**The Position** Are you ready to take the next step in your career? As a Specialist for the Payroll North America team, you will be responsible for processing payroll in accordance with company policy and related activities. This includes monitoring of the Payroll Service Mailbox and to ensure all payments or deductions will be accurately and timely entered in payroll/ vendor system for processing. Additionally, you will be responsible as secondary back up for pre-payroll uploads and post payroll processing. **Duties & Responsibilities:** + As Specialist, Payroll, you will process bi-weekly and monthly payrolls according to country schedule and checklists and general ledger postings. + You will handle banking activities including communication with bank regarding receipt of direct deposit file, positive pay upload for checks and daily banking activities for rejects, incorrect account numbers or stop payments. + You will calculate and process final pay and send funding request to GBS Treasury team + You will work directly with HR Direct and Employee Central related to payroll issues + You will manage the Services Payroll mailbox / MyServices. This includes responding to employee inquires and business/cross functional partner inquiries + You will support year end uploads, testing and reconciliations processes, if applicable. **Requirements:** To qualify for the role, you should have at least 3 years of relevant payroll experience. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with: + Bachelor’s Degree preferred + Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills + Exposed to different payroll systems.
