The Specialist, People Analytics and Planning, working under general direction, is responsible for delivering people analytics projects/initiatives that drive better, faster, more data-informed workforce decisions to advance the company’s people, business, and talent strategies. The role works with senior specialists and managers in partnering with the HR leadership, business leaders, and HR business partners to understand workforce challenges that can be addressed through analytics products and projects. The role follows established best practices and procedures and maintains knowledge of the evolving People Analytics and Planning domain.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (Preferred) in Statistics Analytics, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Economics, or any other related discipline. Minimum 3 years of work experience with a Master’s degree or 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Data and Analytics, Consulting, or StrategyLicenses and Certifications:
Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) (Preferred)Required Skills:

HR Information Systems Organizational Development Data Science Tools Alteryx or similar Python SQL or equivalent (e.g., Google Looker) Develops and maintains models, tools, and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations on key HR metrics and trends using a variety of internal and external data sources and integrates these into actionable recommendations. Collaborates with HR leaders and business stakeholders to identify critical business questions and undertakes thorough analysis and evaluation of variables to inform decision-making related to workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management. Supports organizational objectives using advanced analytics techniques to identify patterns and trends in employee data, develop predictive models to inform decision-making, anticipate workforce trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Creates and communicates insights and analysis across HR practice areas in a compelling and actionable manner, using data visualizations and storytelling techniques. Establishes processes to obtain customer feedback on the design and development of new analytics products and services. Partners with members of the other HR teams to enhance existing data sources, analytics, and data visualizations. Collaborates with external vendors and partners to ensure access to cutting-edge analytics tools and techniques. Supports senior specialists with the development and maintenance of HR analytics platforms to integrate employee data, including turnover rates, performance metrics, and engagement levels. Coordinates with senior specialists and managers to anticipate potential areas for conducting further research & analytics that would provide maximum benefits to the organization. Maintains knowledge and understanding of external metrics, analytics trends, and benchmarking to inform best practices within people analytics and planning. Stays up to date on emerging trends and best practices, and shares knowledge with internal and external stakeholders. Participates in the development and maintenance of a roadmap for the ongoing evolution of our people analytics and planning function, including the implementation of new technologies, processes, and methodologies. Participates in the development of a comprehensive HR data governance framework to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
