+ The Pilot Bidding and Trading Support Specialist provides support and training to pilots regarding pilot scheduling applications.
+ Support Specialists provide regularly scheduled Help Desk coverage on specific dates each month, along with scheduled and ad-hoc training of new-hire pilots and those requesting additional instruction.
**What you'll do**

+ Provide phone and in-person support for pilots on specific dates each month during monthly scheduling windows (may include weekends and holidays)
+ Provide phone and email support for pilots.
+ Teach the use of pilot scheduling applications
+ Track volume and nature of calls to assist in the improvement of pilot scheduling applications
+ Compile bidding and award data to improve bidding outcomes
+ Work with IT development teams on improving applications
+ Interact with internal and external support teams and third-party vendors to identify and correct core problems
+ Update existing training material and create new training materials
**All you'll need for success**
**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ 2 years Help Desk and/or customer service experience
+ Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent years of experience
+ Scheduling or Training experience preferred
**Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Knowledge of pilot PBS, TTS and DOTC applications
**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
+ Ability to actively listen - giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate
+ Ability to multi-task in a stressful environment
+ Expereince with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
