Job Description

Danfoss is seeking a Supplier Operations Management Specialist to join our diverse team. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling suppliers’ performance and securing component availability to the factory by defining, building and controlling operational setups with suppliers and factories. 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Support Danfoss Procurement and Sourcing with framework agreements. First point of escalation in supplier related issues, material shortage situations, and delivery error situations (damages, missing shipments, missing documents). Monitor and develop supplier performance for on-time delivery, stocking level agreement adherence and examine supplier caused material shortages and ensure that corrective actions are taken. Monitor/report supplier capacity levels. Ensure that procurement processes are followed and ensure continuous improvement of processes. Background & Skills
