Job Description:

The L3Harris ISR Sector is seeking a FP&A analyst to join our team. In this position, you will report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Sector Headquarters are located in Plano, TX.  Program operations are located in Nashville, TN.  Onsite support is preferred. 

Job Summary:

This position reports directly to the Sector FP&A Finance Director and supports the Division Finance Director. It assumes a leading role in Division (weekly/monthly/quarterly) forecasting cycles, weekly financial reporting and analysis, and the annual and long range planning cycles (Joint Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan) for a Division within the $3B ISR Sector. This role offers opportunity to also lead Sector Financial Planning & Analyses, including Total Orders management and Division forecast accuracy reporting.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for analysis of Division Program Orders, Sales, Op. Income, and Collections to ensure reporting accuracyLead the Division Monthly Forecast Review (MFR) ProcessSupport quarter-end close activities for the ISR SectorPrepare weekly and monthly financial reports for LeadershipProvide ad hoc analysis and support as needed, such as margin optimization, material variance analyses, labor trend analyses

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.  In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.Demonstrated proficiency in Excel
