You will be responsible for supporting recruiting efforts as a strategic, analytical and data-driven person who has a gift for storytelling. + This position reports to the Team Lead, Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand and is part of our Global Talent Acquisition team. **What you'll do** _As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations._ + Assist in the development and execution of digital recruitment strategies by: + Planning, executing and reporting on digital recruitment strategies to promote job openings, recruiting events, and programs + Identifying, building, and maintaining channels that directly funnel candidates through application workflows such as employer review sites, job boards, career site, and advertising platforms + Tracking, measuring, and analyzing data insights, trends, content performance and effectiveness of recruitment campaigns + Creating reports and presentations to better understand media performance + Craft narratives that resonate with potential candidate’s and current team members by: + Developing communications throughout the candidate journey that strengthen our culture, nurture candidates, and follow legal and compliance requirements + Supporting our recruitment team with communication materials, including presentations and talking points for utilization at career fairs and recruiting events + Overseeing the development and distribution of standardized communications, such as career site landing pages, emails, and social media posts **All you'll need for success** **Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field + 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally with recruitment/programmatic marketing and job boards + Experience managing ATS integrations, Google SEM, Performance Max, and/or other paid media tools **Preferred Qualifications** + Familiarity with digital marketing/project management tools (e.g., GA4, Asana, Tableau, Canva) + Exceptional editorial skills to craft engaging communication that aligns with employer brand tone + Experience working with vendors or agencies **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** + Analytical mindset to measure and interpret recruitment metrics; and facilitate data-driven decisions to continually improve ROI strategies + Team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills + Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, showing resilience while balancing multiple projects at once + Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Fluent in English (written and spoken) + Must be able to travel and work extended hours as necessary including weekends + Background in marketing, with a deep understanding of programmatic and paid media, campaign execution, and strong messaging development skills + Comfortable collaborating and managing expectations with cross-functional teams and organizing projects to determine ROI goals.
