Specialist, Recruitment Sourcer

**The Position**
Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Our Recruitment team is expanding, and we are seeking for a dedicated and experienced Specialist for Talent Sourcing.
As a Sourcer for the Recruitment team, you will serve as internal headhunter. You will work proactively to identify and approach passive candidates through sophisticated sourcing techniques.
In close collaboration with the recruiters, you will oversee the development of recruitment marketing activities, which will be operationalized to build robust and diverse candidate pipelines.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ As Specialist, Recruitment Sourcer, you will execute and run overall sourcing process in recruitment, adhering to the data quality standards and deliver against defined SLAs.
+ You will design and implement sourcing services for a variety of roles, as assigned and requested.
+ You will develop passive candidate sourcing strategy and pipelines using various methods.
+ You are expected to deliver comprehensive support and consultation to business and HR-internal interfaces in driving sourcing strategy.
+ You will deliver exceptional candidate slates by using well proven, passive candidate recruiting methodologies.
+ You are expected to drive operational excellence through compliance and setting high sourcing standards.
+ You will manage and maintain diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds and experiences.
+ You will provide reliable reports and market data to HRBPs and CoEs when required.
+ You are expected to be compliant to:
+ Legal local and regional regulations especially in a shared service environment regarding labor and employment law, tax, data protection
+ Internal risk and control processes
+ Corporate HR Procedures, Policies and SOPs
**Requirements:**
To qualify for the role, you should have at least 3 years of relevant recruitment sourcing experience.
+ Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
+ Solid background in recruitment with expertise in sourcing and crafting market intelligence reports.
+ Extensive customer orientation and background in shared service set up.
+ Business fluency in English, both written and verbal.
+ Ability to work across business units and geographies, with understanding of strategic approaches in managing cultural differences.
