Join our dynamic Reference Data team within Client Management Operations at a leading multinational bank in Taguig! As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our client referential data. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, work with cutting-edge systems, and drive continuous improvement in data management processes.Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage referential data across various systems (CRDS, Atlas II, Signplus, OMR, etc.), ensuring adherence to operational procedures and service agreements.
• Verify processed requests to uphold the highest standards of data accuracy and quality.
• Mentor and train new team members on procedures and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new releases and suggest enhancements to optimize data management practices.
• Actively contribute to projects, system changes, UAT, and new system implementations as needed.
• Develop and propose innovative ideas to strengthen partnerships with business units and onshore teams.
• Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present MIS/KPI reports to stakeholders, providing insights and supporting data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:
• Educational Background: University graduate.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Reference Data or a similar role.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
