Job Description

The Renewal Sales Specialist is responsible for communicating the value of the clients products to current customers and discovering opportunities to upsell or expand current accounts. In addition, this role specifically will be responsible for understanding their team members territories and assisting when said team members are out of office. This person will also assist with Sales Support tasks when needed and will need to gain an understanding of our clients internal payment and deal negotiation systems as well as maintain relationships with our client's current distributors and reseller partners.

You Will:

Work within a dedicated territory and team for your assigned client to achieve your revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services, may offer up- sell opportunitiesProvide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecastMastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirementsInitiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usageManage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customersManage high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outboundWork with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospectsMaintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is capturedUndertake sales motions which might include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contractsWork with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager

You Have:

2+ years of experience working in a customer service or sales capacityPrior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota/goalsExperience in high-volume callingExperience learning new technology and dataProblem solving skillsExcellent knowledge of MS Office programsExperience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRMExperience or willingness to work from home
