The Specialist, Reporting and Disclosure is responsible for the management of data for regulatory as well as internal and external stakeholder requirements. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME)) related to all federal and provincial compliance reporting, ensuring the right data is collected and meets all requirements of the business. Further, this position will be responsible for other internal and external environmental data reporting, fulfilling corporate, ENGO, industry association and customer needs. The Specialist, Reporting and Disclosure will act as the SME for the Enablon Program, providing support for environmental applications.
This is a 2 year contract position.
A day in the life of the Specialist, Reporting & Disclosure includes:
Management of facility emissions and waste inventory data, Environmental Compliance Reporting Calculation, verification, and reporting Organization and execution of third party audits Federal and Provincial Greenhouse Gas Reporting Requirements GHGRP, GHGERR, CIIP/OBPS Provincial Permit Air, Effluent, Water, Waste, etc. Federal National Pollutant Release Inventory (NPRI) StatsCan Stakeholder disclosure requirements; Internal Environmental Profile Data Sheet, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Production of standardized Environmental Key Performance Indicators External associations National Council for Air and Stream Improvement, Forest Products Association of Canada, Council of BC Forest Industries, Price George Air improvement roundtable, etc. CHESS / Enablon support Subject Matter Expert for environmental applications Lead business integration of environmental applications Provide mentorship and development of individuals that can provide support in reporting and disclosure requirements

The salary range for this position is: $88,500.00-$110,500.00
