This role within the Brand Marketing organization and Brand Strategy team will support key research initiatives that impact all segments (Small Business, Enterprise, and Public Sector) that Comcast Business serves. This role will be highly cross-functional, working across various teams – including Commercial Marketing, Digital, and Customer Solutions – to develop and execute research initiatives that lead to best-in-class strategy and execution. This role is an exciting opportunity to support the continued growth of Comcast Business at Comcast HQ in Philadelphia. This individual will work with their leader to develop and execute research initiatives including on-going brand health tracking, communications/advertising, and message testing as well as bespoke qualitative and quantitative studies depending on the project need. This person will support the operational set up of research including working with third party research partners, identifying new partners, and socializing research plans across the organization. Individual will have the opportunity to be engaged in all types of research and will be expected to be able to synthesize research and report out results at various levels of the organization.
