Job Description

Support the transformation of the IFT in terms of capabilities assuring IFT readiness within an evolving environment and the launching of new assets through a continuous evolution of IFT’s  scientific knowledge, soft and technical skills.

Support the implementation from Brand Team to IFT and the effective implementation on the field of the strategies designed by the Brand Teams and global teams.

Key Responsabilities:

Communicate and cooperate with sales team to find training needs and follow up training effectsPromptly analyze the learning outcome and fine tune the learning solution.Develop and implement useful tools and techniques to follow-up behavior change and competency level after the training program delivery to ensure the practical of programs.Use a variety of learning techniques and effective presentation skills to ensure training practical, basing on good facilitate skill and MA product, Marketing and Account Management knowledge.Support the  training strategy for  the IFT of the RN assuring the required performance defined per applicable competency model including scientific knowledge, assertive message delivery, digital skills, analytical skills, selling skills and soft skills.Integrate  and improve multiple  platforms ( Sum Total, The Academy, others )  to  deliver a set of optimal tools to achieve the development of IFT members.Lead the development of coaching skills capabilities for IFT Leaders.Close accompaniment to IFT aimed to identify gaps and action plans to rise the bar and improve execution.Assure fulfillment of training milestones related to IFT Readiness as part of Launch Excellence process & ACE.Close follow up to training methodologies KPIs to understand effectiveness and correct knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
Demonstrable experience in training roles or related projects in the pharma industryAt least 1 Year of IFT experience in Pharma industryDegree on health or Business Sciences.Experience as trainer or coachHigh communication  and coaching skills  to transform behaviors and knowledge required for each  roleOperates effectively in a matrix structure.Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish.Knowledge of the broader healthcare environment and knowledge of commercial aspects, understand the RN market, the full range of customers and stakeholders related with the IFT and  Brand strategies,Coaching and challenger toolsIFT MethodologyPharmaceutical industry business, policies and procedures.
