We are seeking a Specialist, Salesforce Applications, to join our Sales, Service, and Marketing team in Metso IT Applications. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications built on Salesforce platform. In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager of CRM & Services. 
 
This position is in Espoo or Tampere, Finland, and we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

What you will do 
 

Contribute hands-on towards development and maintenance of applications built on Salesforce platform.  Ensure fit-for-purpose and secure solutions with respect to overall enterprise architecture.  Provide technical guidance to development and support teams when necessary, including code reviews as needed. Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects, other IT development and support teams, and external partners.  Play a key role in development projects and are a key stakeholder in the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) development process.  

 

Who you are 
 

Bachelor's or master's degree for example, in Information Technology or Engineering.  A minimum of 3 years of practical development experience on the Salesforce Platform, including a strong coding background (this position requires advanced coding skills, so low-code/no-code expertise may not be suitable). Proven experience in developing solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Solid experience in automation (flows, apex), UX/UI development (Lightning Web Components, Aura components etc.) and integration development. Good negotiation skills and excellent communication skills in English since you will be collaborating with different stakeholders in a multicultural environment.  We see it as an advantage if you have a good understanding of SAFe, Lean, and Agile ways of working and a strong technology mindset, and you are eager to develop your competence further.
