Your Key Responsibilities

Goal of position

 

The position is responsible for all transactional and operational day-to-day HR shared services activities of Schaeffler Korea entities.

 

Delivering transactional and operational day-to-day HR shared services within Service Level Agreement (eg. providing advice and guidance on HR policies, processes and general HR related queries, managing and maintaining the integrity of HR data). Keeping day-to-day operations documentation up-to-date. Participating the transferring of processes from internal customers to Shared Services. Providing feedback to drive continual improvement. To support on project UAT, migration projects. Involve in Knowledge Transfer, Go live process and activities from Korea entity to Malaysia Shared Service Center). Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience. A broad understanding of the HR employee lifecycle is a necessity as is experience in providing HR policy and process related advice and guidance. HR Generalist with min of 3-5 years working experience is encouraged to apply. Cross-cultural experience gained from working in culturally diverse environments. Ability to apply discretion and maintain confidentially. Proficient in HR systems, Processes, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc  Language skills (Korean @ Topik 4) is a MUST. Knowledge of continuous improvement within a Shared Service Centre environment will be a plus.
