Your Key Responsibilities Processing of incoming purchase requisition/purchase orders/scheduling agreements (e.g checking for completeness and further data processing and transmission, etc). To ensure KPI, target achievement within the acknowledged SLAs between country locations. To ensure successful handling, transmission and support of Service Now ticketing platform. Implementation of order processes (e.g. delivery schedules, SAP orders, correction of B2B documents, COUPA, Purchasing Tickets (ServiceNow) etc.). Processing of order confirmation, monitoring of delivery dates, and processing of escalation measures if necessary. Perform data and content management activities.  Processing of workflows in the system (e.g "invoices with price block") and other deviations from the Finance department's standard invoicing/payment process. Material master maintenance process. Your Qualifications Minimum bachelor's degree in related field 1 to 2 years of working experience is preferred. Candidates must possess a good understanding of standard commercial purchasing and procurement practices. Candidates must demonstrate excellent proficiency in both speaking and writing in Korean and English. Applicants should be proficient in using the SAP Material Management (SAP MM) module.
