Overview of the Team

The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Specialist, Talent Acquisition on a 12 month fixed term contract to support our Services organisation as they continue to hire and grow across Europe. Reporting into the Manager, Talent Acquisition (Europe) you would be responsible for hiring across our AC&S function in some of our key hub locations (Budapest, Warsaw and Athens) as well as other markets across Europe. You would be responsible for managing the end to end hiring process for our candidates, sourcing great talent for our teams and proactively delivering a high quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers alike.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the candidate and hiring manager experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, loves engaging and sourcing new talent, and possesses an organised mindset (with the ability to navigate complex matrix environments).

All About the Role |

In this Talent acquisition position you will:
•\tCollaborates with hiring managers and other internal Talent Acquisition
stakeholders (Talent Discovery) on developing hiring strategies across the
AC&S organisation in Europe.
•\tBuild a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers and key
stakeholders across the People & Capability organisation.
•\tManage end to end recruitment processes for passive, active and internal
candidates (including sourcing, screening and offer preparation). With a
key focus on delivering key performance indicators such as (Time-to-Fill,
Hires Per Year, Direct Source hires etc.)
•\tMaintain and develop strong talent pipelines through tools such as
LinkedIn and our CRM tool.
•\tDrive inclusive hiring practices across the talent acquisition lifecycle.
•\tUpholding designated processes and procedures (ATS management etc.)
•\tStay informed of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market
conditions to effectively target top talent across Europe.

All About You |

The ideal candidate for this position should:

Have experience in 360 recruitment, direct sourcing as well as candidate assessment.

Feel comfortable managing 60 hires per year and a requisition load of 20 roles at a time (ideally with experience in a matrix environment)

Highly organised, high sense of urgency with a proactive approach to both hiring manager and candidate experience.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Fluent English is required.

Experience working across multiple European markets is preferred but not required

Knowledge of Workday as an ATS is preferred but not required.
