What You Will Be Doing

Assisting customers with questions & troubleshooting technical problems Processing warranty claims Following through on replacement part orders & installation Training customers, dealers & service technicians on high performance door systems Travelling up to 20% is possible

 

What We Are Looking For

Skills & understanding of electrical and mechanical principles PLC experience a plus 3-5 years’ experience in a technical service field Excellent communication skills to walk technicians through repairs over the phone Professionalism Team player High school diploma or equivalent Spanish fluency would be great
