Join Our Team as a Specialist, Workday System & Analytics!

Are you a Workday whiz with a passion for strategic projects? We're on the hunt for a talented Specialist, Workday System & Analytics to become a vital part of our growing team. As a member of our People Analytics function, you will be instrumental in harnessing metrics from Workday to bolster Intact’s HR strategy. Our mission? What You'll Be Doing:

 

Report Governance: Ensure HR and business leaders have seamless access to high-quality HR data.

Complex Problem Solving: Tackle intricate business challenges with an analytical mindset.

Empower HR: Equip HR with data-driven decision-making tools, continuous support, and training.

HR Tech Support: Assist with HR technology changes and their downstream impacts.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks:

Develop and enhance Workday reporting, focusing on an organization-wide reporting strategy.

Automate HR data analysis by creating data models, reports, and compelling data visualizations.

Define key performance indicators and prepare dashboards to identify issues and support initiatives.

Conduct user training and manage change activities.

Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.

Share your expertise and coach your teammates.

Gather and interpret complex reporting requirements across multiple functional areas.

Implement sophisticated reporting changes to meet evolving requirements.

Propose and execute sustainable reporting architectures and cross-functional solutions.

Your Skills and Experience:

University degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data analysis, business analysis, human resources, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or HR analytics.

Strong proficiency with Workday.

Exceptional data analysis, verification, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with data visualization tools.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a knack for business presentations.

Ability to present operational challenges clearly and concisely and offer effective solutions.

Comfortable collaborating with all management levels and various stakeholders.

No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.

For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
