What You’ll Do: In this pivotal role, you will: Partner with the talent and learning community to define exceptional learner experiences and create detailed operational plans, including pre-, during-, and post-delivery routines. Implement learning delivery strategies that align with business needs and support the organisation’s goals. Provide learning delivery consultation, designing and delivering customised strategic development experiences to improve individual and team performance. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of learning delivery policies, processes, and systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Lead the design, curation, and integration of learning journeys and portfolios, ensuring high-quality delivery and impactful learning experiences. Manage relationships with learning vendors, including selection, quality management, and performance evaluation. Provide advisory services on learning delivery, offering expertise in design, curation, integration, and vendor management. Collaborate with the learning administration team to ensure effective execution and delivery of programmes. Develop and implement performance and impact measurement systems for learning delivery, enabling data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality management standards related to learning delivery. Drive change management and embedding strategies to ensure learning sticks and has measurable impact. Leverage emergent learning practices and market trends to innovate and continuously improve learning delivery. Oversee learning delivery management for key portfolios and strategic initiatives, including design, curation, planning, integration, vendor management, and quality assurance. Leverage business, commercial, and functional insights to ensure the effective design and delivery of learning solutions. Who We’re Looking For:

  Qualifications and Experience: B-Degree in related fields such as Business, Psychology, or equivalent qualifications in learning program delivery. 8-10 years’ experience in learning delivery, with expertise in multi-dimensional learning journeys. Proven track record in setting up and transforming learning delivery functions. Strong business acumen and industry knowledge, with a creative and strategic approach to learning delivery. Exceptional communication skills, with a passion for building exceptional learner experiences.
