About the Role

Responsible for ensuring that AIA conducts business in compliance with ethical business practices, AIA policies and legal requirements

1. Develop procedures intended to prevent unethical and illegal conduct
2. Drive organization culture, awareness and ethics towards rigorous risk management and strict compliance
3. Develop and deliver compliance training as needed
4. Set up policies and guidelines to ensure alignment and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
