About the Role

在HR整体战略愿景与目标的框架下,协助人力资源部负责人规划人员需求,为人才盘点与布局提供建议

工作职责:

1.负责简历筛选、人员邀约、Workday系统流程操作及员工服务等;

2.负责安排新员工入职培训、跟岗培训及合规反洗钱专项培训;

3.负责组织员工活动、员工福利采购发放、员工关怀等;

4.负责高管考试报名、高管材料报备、高管学习及日常高管管理;

5.负责跟进员工年度计划制定、绩效评估及绩效面谈组织;

6.直属主管安排的其他工作

岗位要求:

1、本科或以上学历,985/211/双一流优先,企业管理或相关专业,至少3年人力资源业务合作经验,至少1年保险业工作经验 ;

2、人力资源实践的专业知识 ;

3、熟悉当地和国家有关劳动关系问题和相关事项的基本法律法规 ;

4、良好的沟通和人际交往能力 良好的问题解决和冲突管理能力 较强的服务意识和创新能力
