WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:

As the Practice and Partnership Marketing Specialist, you’ll partner with marketing leaders across two high-profile, fastest growing areas of Bain’s business:

Bain’s Digital Practice – A powerhouse of innovation and digital transformation.Technology Partnerships Team – Where Bain partners with leading technology players to deliver game-changing solutions to clients.

 

You’ll have the rare opportunity to work across both areas, helping to execute strategic marketing campaigns that position Bain as the number-one consulting firm in Digital, AI, and Technology solutions.

You will be working closely with marketing leaders and peers across practice marketing and centers of excellence including editorial, brand, SEO, paid media, email, PR and events. You’ll also collaborate with our Business Development team, ensuring alignment with key commercial objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Practice Marketing (50%) 

Collaborate with Bain’s digital practice to execute marketing strategies and campaigns to build heightened awareness for our unique digital, AI and Technology solutions.Develop understanding of target audience and find new and innovative ways to reach them e.g., through events, targeted advertising, speaking opportunities, influencer collaborations.Use data to develop performance insights, and actively make recommendations for improvements.Conduct market and competitor research to inform the development and positioning of our practice offerings as well as overall marketing approach. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and partner developments in order to inform decision making.Support and execute highly impactful cross-channel marketing campaigns, in close collaboration with other marketing teams.Assist with execution of campaigns across channels, leveraging a strategic mix of assets, e.g., email, paid media, social media, video, and in-person activations.Help create, update, and maintain foundational and campaign marketing assets such as webpages, partner profiles, and related materials.Partner with the Events team to help coordinate Bain’s presence at events.Support internal promotion and employee advocacy efforts, ensuring alignment and engagement, under the guidance of the manager.Assist in project management and maintain timelines across campaigns using internal project management tools to ensure smooth execution.Measure the success of campaigns through analytics and feedback, presenting actionable insights to refine strategies.Play an active role in making our team a place for continuous learning and development. Contribute to continuous process improvement by providing constructive feedback and working hand in hand with colleagues to problem solve.Actively embrace the use of new tools, including GenAI, to support and improve overall team efficiency.

Technology Partnerships Marketing (50%)

Execute co-marketing campaigns and materials in collaboration with Bain’s digital-focused ecosystem partners (including OpenAI, Microsoft, AWS, SAP and Google)Most particularly including case studies and digital contentCoordinate co-branded events, webinars, and other partner-led initiatives to enhance joint visibility.Serve as a central point of contact amongst marketing team for partner marketing activities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

 

 

 

 

 

 

ABOUT YOU:

4-5 years of overall experience; 2-3+ years of direct experience in a professional services / agency environment, ideally with experience in B2B marketing with proven track record in digital marketing. Experience of working with or within technology and software companies is highly preferred.Experience with execution of marketing campaigns.Experience with one of more marketing disciplines e.g., email marketing, content marketing, branding, digital campaigns, digital experiences.Effective written and oral communication skills, ability to liaise with stakeholders of various seniorities with support from leaders.Demonstrated ability to understand marketing objectives and priorities, as well as content.Ability to interact with external contacts / parties as knowledgeable Bain marketing representative.Client-centric mindset.Highly collaborative individual enjoying teamwork and success.Excellent project management skills.Ability to proactively conceive and suggest new approaches and solutions.Previous experience working with international teams.Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or business.
