Essential duties and responsibilities include the following but are not limited to as other duties may be assigned.

Serve as program manager, ensuring assigned contract owners in Facilities Management (FM) comply with the Supply Chain Control ProgramConduct 3rd Party Sample ChecksProvide country/regional level reports on program elementsEnsure supply chain compliance requirements and other program elements are completed timely on a country/regional level.Manage/deliver program material to educate FM team Participate in initiatives/projects to support the continuous improvement of the programServe as point of contact for supply chain Compliance on a country/regional levelServe as point of contact for Data Governance meetings on a country/regional level Support FM as needed in obtaining approval and/or notifying the client of  changes in supply chain – supplier notification process.

Manage assigned contracts for critical/high risk suppliers throughout the life cycle of the supplier to include:Manage On Boarding of new suppliers to ensure they comply with JLL and the client’s requirementsOversee performance management process to ensure it is meeting our compliance requirements e.g. conducting in a timely manner and with the required information.Manage key supplier compliance documentsManage/escalate supplier risks and issues where applicableDevelop and track remediation plans with suppliers and stakeholders where required.General admin support as required where appropriate and in line with the role.

Key Performance Measures are applicable at the country/regional level

Contractual and Supply Chain Control Program compliance within supplier base Program requirements are operational and supplier risk management is incorporated into FM processes Monitoring and reporting of program elements is consistent and holistic in representing results for the country/regionEnsure quality and timeliness of supplier performance(SLAs/KPIs) is validatedEffective management of supplier issues/risks

Skills

Excellent inter-personal, organizational skills and strong project management abilityExcellent communication skills both written and oralExcellent  PC  skills, proficient in all MS applicationsProficiency in EnglishAbility to build relationships, work collaboratively with cross-functional groups, coaching skillsAbility to work autonomously to manage and effectively prioritize multiple tasks, being flexible as priorities change
