About the Role

To manage and accountable for the overall operations of the recruitment process so as to provide efficient and quality supports to the administration of new agent on boarding and establish/assist in system enhancement projects.

New Agency Ob-boarding Routine Operations

Process agents’ contracting, registration and maintain proper licensing record according to the pre-defined due diligence procedures and control governance.Conduct on-the-job coaching/training to junior/new staffHold in-house briefings to the teammates regularlyHandle staff problem promptly and properly, report on results with efficient and proactive wayProvide QA report to QA officer on a timely mannerMaintain positive relationship with internal and external customer

Special skills

Proficient in MS OfficeAble to handle multiple tasks and meet tight schedule.Good command of written English & Chinese.Ability to work accurately and to precise detail, good interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workloads.
