About the Role

Data entry assistants are response for either leading a small group of data entry clerks or performing quality check on the processed data and participating in the system output design & the analysis of system change requirements. Data entry is also their partially routine.

Data Processing

Verify data capture and policy inquiry resultProvide efficient and effective service ensuring that our agreed service standards are metPerform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for system enhancement and new product development

Operation Management

Assist group leader to take care of the operational team and ensure the agreed service standard are met.Deputies immediate assistant supervisor during their absentProvide QA report to QA officer on a timely mannerConduct on-the-job coaching to junior staff

People Management

Monitor team staff performance and handle staff problem promptly and properly, report on results with efficient and proactive wayIdentify team training needs and follow up with suitable training arrangementMake decision when referred by junior staffHold in-house briefings to staff regularlyActively participate, co-ordinate and promote staff participation in company/department team building activities
