This role will be responsible for supporting the accounting treatment of leases under IFRS 16, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. **What You’ll Do** **General project support:** + Provide support for the implementation of ICO projects. + Facilitate the clearing of intercompany debt between various entities. + Analyze balance sheet fluctuations, identify discrepancies and potential issues, complete assigned sections of the asset and liability sections, and collaborate with country controllers to discuss and resolve identified issues. + Obtain explanations for material movements in specific TWC accounts and challenge teams on their responses to ensure accuracy and reasonableness + Provide support in the preparation of non-GAAP memos. + Assist in the compilation of SAB 99 reports. + Provide support for upcoming projects within the R&O team. **What You'll Need:** + Charted Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), ACCA or equivalent designation. + 5+ years of experience + Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. + Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficient in accounting software (e.g., ERP system). + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Company Perks and benefits:** + Health Care: Health Insurance to Self, Immediate family & Parents/In-laws + Accident & Term life Insurance for all employees + Food & Snacks: Free Meals & snacks are provided in all shifts. + Mental Wellbeing: A confidential service that provides facility of counselling to keep you emotionally & mentally well while dealing with the challenges. + Child Care: We partner with Klay day care and CBRE employees get 100% waiver on admission fee.
