Job Summary
Promote company products by making telephone calls to new customers with purpose of generating sales to the company. Based on a furnished list of telephone numbers and pre-set sales scripts, make cold and warm calls to potential customers for introducing company products and services. Handle customers' inquiries and provides them with necessary information.
Your Day in Allianz Ayudhya:
To agree individual and team sales targets with Telesales Inbound Manager. Responsible on finding your own leads. To register leads on the prospect database. Send product details to the customer. To convert leads to sale in accordance with Thai insurance sales legislation and in accordance with the company’s rules. To plan the sales calls to ensure that all leads are followed up within 5 working days of receipt of lead. Ensure that all-sales activity and sales are recorded on the prospect database. Liaise with Telesales Inbound Manager about the process with the policy administration, underwriting and accounts departments to ensure that all applications and payments are processed correctly before the policy is issued. Contribute ideas to product development, lead generation and software enhancements. Co-ordinate with Telesales Inbound Manager to solve day to day problems. Produce daily and weekly team sales reports. To carry out any other duties which may be required from time to time by the Telesales Inbound Manager manage and set up admins system and process for best of support to sale team.Must Have:
Minimum 1-2 years in Tele Sales experience preferably in the insurance industry. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related filed Good communication in EnglishAllianz Ayudhya
