Reporting to the Head of Sales and Business Development, the Specialist Account Manager is passionate about with working with sales and strategic accounts to provide subject matter expertise across Altus Group solutions as part of the pre-sales, sales and marketing process. This role will work as the bridge between the sales, services and technical teams, by providing valuable insights and solutions to potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

Use in-depth product knowledge to provide product demonstrations and technical support in the pre-sales process. Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored presentations and proposalsCollaborate with sales and customer success teams to create tailored new business, upsell / cross-sell strategies and campaigns.Develop and manage strategic account plans within allocated key accounts to maximize customer success and map and grow key customer relationships.Facilitate effective communication of customer requirements and specifications to internal teams including sales, services, training and support for products and implementationsConduct thorough research on prospective clients and their industries.Maximize the use of customer success tools and CRM systems to track client interactions, monitor progress, and ensure consistency in service delivery.Understand customer needs and goals to provide tailored support to address any client issues or concerns promptly, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues with the goal of improving the client’s NPS score.Analyze client data to identify trends, usage patterns, and areas for improvement. Report on key metrics related to client retention, upselling, and overall satisfaction to senior management.Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to Product, Marketing, and services teams to drive continuous improvementMeet or exceed upsell and expansion targets through effective relationship management and consultative selling. Achieve this by working in conjunction with the client and the development team to arrive at the recommended solution and provide direct support in meetings and presentations.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business administration or a related field5+ years of experience in SaaS technology specialist roles or enterprise account management / customer successDemonstrated experience managing multiple high value enterprise accountsCommercial real estate industry experience and good understanding of the ARGUS / valuation process is an assetExtensive CRM experience: experience with CRM such as SalesforceProven success of meeting or exceeding quotas and targets while in a CRE solutions roleExcellent communication skills - written, oral, reporting, diagrams and presentationLanguages: Fluent in English with any other additional local languages an advantage.
