Job Description

 As a Specialist - IT Engineering Services, you will be responsible for executing and supporting the development, integration, and optimization of business systems. This role requires a deep technical understanding of Python, Django, Data Structures, Algorithms, and advanced Problem Solving. You will also have hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) to configure, integrate, and optimize business systems. 

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, optimize workflows, and ensure the seamless operation of critical business applications. The role involves solving complex technical challenges, developing scalable solutions, and contributing directly to the day-to-day success of business systems.

Technical Development: Leverage your expertise in Python and Django to build scalable, efficient, and secure solutions. Develop backend services and APIs to enhance system capabilities.

● Data Structures & Algorithms: Apply your knowledge of data structures and algorithms to design optimized solutions for data processing, performance improvements, and problem-solving within systems. 

● Database Management & Query Optimization: Write complex SQL queries for efficient data extraction, manipulation, and integration. Optimize database performance through advanced query writing and indexing. 

● Salesforce Integration: Work with Salesforce (SFDC) configurations, automation, and integration. Implement data synchronization and business logic using Salesforce's API and development tools. 

● Salesforce Integration Tools: Utilize integration platforms such as MuleSoft and Dell Boomi to streamline data exchange between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Develop robust integration solutions using these tools for high availability, reliability, and performance. 

● Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve technical issues efficiently by diagnosing problems and proposing solutions across Python applications, Django configurations, database queries, and Salesforce integrations. 

● Process Optimization: Contribute to the optimization of workflows, system performance, and data flow through the intelligent application of data structures and algorithms. 

● Data Integrity & Quality: Execute data cleansing and transformation tasks to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability across business-critical systems. 

● Collaboration & Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, deliver solutions, and provide ongoing support for system integrations and maintenance. 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 

● Successful and timely implementation of Python/Django-based solutions, including system configurations, integrations, and feature enhancements. ● Reduction in query execution time and system latency through optimized data structures, algorithms, and database queries. 

Key Skills Needed: 

● Python & Django Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python for backend development, coupled with hands-on experience using Django for building web applications, APIs, and integrations. 

● Data Structures & Algorithms: Advanced knowledge of data structures (e.g., lists, trees, graphs, hash tables) and algorithms (e.g., sorting, searching, dynamic programming) to solve performance bottlenecks and design optimized solutions. 

● Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze technical issues, propose creative solutions, and implement them effectively within the system. ● Database Management: Ability to work with relational databases (SQL) writing optimized queries to retrieve, manipulate, and transform data. Salesforce (SFDC) 

● Configuration & Integration: Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) configuration, process automation, and integrating with other platforms using APIs and middleware solutions. 

● Attention to Detail & Quality: Strong focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable code with careful attention to detail, particularly for optimizing system performance. 

This role requires a highly technical individual who thrives in hands-on development and problem-solving. You’ll be expected to bring strong coding skills, system architecture understanding, and the ability to solve complex technical challenges.

● High-quality, efficient code with minimal bugs or issues related to system integration and Salesforce configurations. 

● Consistent resolution of technical issues and rapid troubleshooting response time. Positive user feedback on system functionality, integration accuracy, and overall performance improvements.

Qualifications

 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python and Django development, including backend programming, API development, and integrations. ● Solid experience in data structures and algorithms, with a strong understanding of how to optimize code and system performance. 

● 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce (SFDC), including system configuration, integration, and API usage. 

● Proficiency in SQL databases for data manipulation and query optimization. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering efficient, scalable solutions. 

● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. 

Preferred Experience/Education: 

● Experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions between Salesforce and other business systems. 

● Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or Dell Boomi to implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other business systems. 

● Certification in Salesforce administration or development (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer). 

● Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices for automating deployment and testing of code.
