What You'll Do
Managing Campus Recruitment Process for Undergrad campuses.o Making offers as per compliance and on-boarding guidance
o Partnering with the Key Stakeholders- Campus Champs/ Recruiting Directors and Campus Co-Ordinator’s
for various Campus events
o Sourcing and Screening of Resumes (1st level short listing)
o Finalizing Panels and logistics for all Campus Events-
▪ Pre-Placement Talks
▪ Dinner & PPT Event
▪ Final Recruiting Event
o Creating and maintaining the campus budget for all Campus Cycles
o Meeting the target numbers for the respective cohort
o Issuing the offer letters to all the selected candidates-
▪ Ensuring the letter issued is as per the company norms
▪ Ensuring the acceptance and receipt of the acceptance copies within the stipulated time
o Communication to the support staff - (HR, IT. Staffing, CDC etc) on details of the new joiners.
o Managing database for all shortlisted and offered candidates
o Ensuring the candidate platform STARS is updated at all points in time.
o Managing the various activities for all shortlisted candidates
o Branding and marketing collaterals: Mailers, Decks, branding materials
o Giveaways such as – Gifts, Parent Kit, Letters etc.
Streamlining the Campus Hiring Processes
Creation and updating of the hiring process document
o Tracking and Benchmarking against firms in the same industry
HR MIS & Reports
o Tracking the performance and attrition of the respective cohort
o Updating the numbers in the Pipeline Tracker
o Ensuring all data is up to date on STARS – candidate management platform
Project Interns and Off Campus Applications (Alternate Channel)
o Maintain and updating a consolidated tracker
o Weekly approvals to all concerned (if any)
o Execute process accurately with required approvals
o Facilitating joining and exit formalities
What You'll Bring
3-5 years of experience in HR domain, should have prior campus recruiting experience.Experience in a service industry preferably in Management ConsultingFluency in written and spoken EnglishAdvanced technical skills with proficiency in desktop applications and ExcelExtensive use of Windows and the following software applications: PowerPoint, Excel, and WordStrong communication skills both written and oralSolid business partner with the ability to dialogue, communicate at all levelsBoston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
