As a Specialist Client Tech Administration, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, incident management, technical support, administration, maintenance, implementation, and configuration for desktop, print, telephony/voice, wired/wireless/data/security network, point of sale, specialty computing devices and related hardware and software on company premises and in executive homes.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for responding to and resolving technical problems, providing tier 2 and tier 3 support utilizing a variety of tools and techniques
+ 24x7 direct technical support for all technology and infrastructure delivered in a geographically dispersed environment including all 50 states
+ Customer base includes Retail Stores, Executives, and Mobile/Handheld work environments
+ Consulting with clients, infrastructure support groups including Security, Application Development, Network Operations, Telephony Operations, Messaging, desktop/network/telephony/voice vendors, and software vendors
+ Designs, configures, and tests updates and modifications to desktop/network/telephony/voice, applications and operating systems supporting business customer initiatives
+ Plans, organizes and functions as Subject Matter Expert for equipment selection and on-site installations
+ Interfaces with technical engineering and maintenance to develop and support new processes and applications
+ In-depth knowledge and understanding of ATT premier technologies, products, and services such as U-verse, Microcells, Telepresence, Digital Signs, and wireless products including mastery of installation and support of these technologies
+ Supports ATT sponsored events by providing technical solutions and the required IT infrastructure onsite in support of the event
Required Experience:
+ 1-2 years’ experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role
Desired Qualifications:
+ Understanding and knowledge of troubleshooting and IT related issues on computers, digital signage, LAN and telephone systems
+ Self-managed and good attitude
+ Good team player and customer service with excellence
Desired Education:
+ Bachelors of Science degree in ComputerEngineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math or equivalent experience preferred
Our Specialist Client Tech Administration earn between $64,200 - $96,400 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
