Summary of Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for the equity compensation programs and policies administration for Long-Term Incentive (LTI) and Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP) including data reconciliation and addressing employee queries.
Essential Responsibilities include:
Data reconciliation of personnel data and our plan sponsor portal, including discovery analysis, and resolution.
Respond to employee questions about award status and ESPP participation through the designated help mailboxes.
Collect, track, file the executed agreements required for the fulfillment of ESPP enrollments.
Facilitate the required name verification process in partnership with the HR team.
Respond to HRBP requests for data and/or award status.
Distribute equity compensation transaction reports to GF global payroll teams before and after equity distribution transactions.
Coordination with Legal team on equity-related modifications or any questions that arise.
Distribute ESPP Enrollment reporting to GF global payroll teams.
Other Responsibilities:
Fulfill internal ad-hoc reporting requests from HR, Legal, Financial Reporting, and Tax.
Perform equity compensation analytics and assist other Compensation processes as needed.
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Education – Completed Bachelor’s/Masters Degree in the field of Human Resources, Data Analytics, or Business or related discipline.
2 years of Compensation or relevant experience
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Management of confidential data.
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work well on independent projects or as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to within a global organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning & organizational skills, ability to multitask and shift priorities
Expert in Excel, Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong analytical skills, i.e., the ability to draw conclusions from data
