Job DescriptionJob responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Conduct detailed credit assessments and analysis for new clients, renewals, and existing portfolios.Monitor and evaluate the financial situation of our customers and counterparts, through reviewing such items as financial statements, credit history, market conditions, and industry trends to determine risk exposure.Continuously monitor latest happenings of all counterparties.Recommend appropriate credit limits and terms based on risk analysis findings.Monitor the external regulatory environment for changes that impact the Marketing BU, and update KYC policies, procedures and materials accordingly.Monitor credit risk exposures and work with internal stakeholders to manage and mitigate potential risks.Ensure timely production of the credit exposure reportSet up alert and reporting systems to handle credit limit near misses and breaches.Support Marketing’s KYC Due Diligence (DD) programme including policy drafting, KRI definition, training for all commercial staff etc. Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk clients, identifying and reporting any potential risks related to money laundering or fraud.Ensure smooth implementation of new DD verification. Coordinate and manage stakeholders related to DD verification.Respond to and action incoming KYC requests from counterparties.Support the Risk Team on systems enhancements initiatives. Close collaboration with IM Team to provide requirements to automate the KYC/ DD verification process.Implement a purpose-driven, high-performing culture that is aligned with the company values, is inclusive and promotes diversity, supports engagement and fosters continuous improvement to work processes.QualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably in finance or quantitative-related • Greater than 5 years of professional experience in Risk, preferably in commoditiesDesirable: Honours degreeExperience
