Are you interested in working in our People Data Management team on knowledge management, digitalization and optimizing our processes? Starting immediately, you have the opportunity to learn about and actively contribute to the HR processes of an international corporation.

You have the opportunity to learn Organizational Management and develop project management skills.You support reorganization projects by organizing communication, documentation and maintenance activities.You ensure high data quality both in reorganization projects and ongoing processes through quality checks and data investigation.You advise HR business partners and leaders on Organizational Management and reorganization topics.You contribute to data security by maintaining and reviewing access rights and authorization matrices.WHAT YOU OFFER degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar relevant fieldsfirst experience in a HR role; experience in OM maintenance is a plusability to communicate complex issues effectively to diverse stakeholders in English; German is a pluscommitted team player with outstanding service mindset, passion for your area and a structured and self-driven personalityWHAT WE OFFER Gross annual salary (full-time): 40.000 – 46.000€, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
