Specialist Digital Activation - EM South

Purpose
Support the strategy, development and implementation of digital experiences on the adidas Web and App platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of integrated digital marketing campaigns on both .com and App platforms. Maintain holistic digital activation seasonal calendars including commercial initiatives, key eCommerce activations and Brand moments. Coordinate and monitor digital implementation of campaigns and product drops on .com and App in collaboration with Global/Hub stakeholders, local eCom and Brand teams. Brief in promotion mechanics and manage T&C’s approvals and uploads. Post go-live, brief and execute post live checks across .com and App touchpoints. Map and execute the ideal consumer journey for online touchpoints, as per global guidelines and in collaboration with the Hub Customer Experience team. Propose measurement opportunities to continuously track and optimize the consumer journey. Brief and manage the content and creative requirements for the Digital Activation team. Work closely with the Membership, CRM and Performance Media teams to support online activations, ensure alignment and integration across touchpoints.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Written communication skills. Experience in project management – including critical path management to deliver projects on time and within budget. Experience with digital production process and technical nature of developing digital marketing initiatives. Content, creative and copy creation and modification. Experience or working knowledge of Analytics platforms, like Google or Adobe Analytics. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in online marketing, with a specific focus on content creation or management and optimizing consumer journeys. University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
