Position SummaryLead the comprehensive CRM training strategy for a multi-divisional organization, focusing on enhancing employee proficiency at all levels. Develop tailored coaching playbooks and training materials, including in-person sessions and webinars. Continuously refine training programs through feedback loops and assessments to optimize CRM utilization. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, integrate CRM updates, and ensure effective implementation across new hire orientation and ongoing initiatives. Position Duties/ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute all CRM training initiatives across the organization, catering to employees at all levels.Develop and regularly update coaching playbooks for all people leaders within the organization, specifically tailored to maximize the effectiveness of the CRM.Establish a comprehensive training feedback loop that seamlessly integrates within divisional functions, allowing for continuous improvement and refinement of training programs.Design and implement a CRM program as part of the new hire orientation process, ensuring seamless integration of CRM tools into new employees' skillsets.Develop CRM training materials in various formats, including in-person sessions, webinars, training documents, small group sessions, and one-on-one coaching sessions.Maintain a centralized repository for learning and training resources related to CRM Sales, ensuring accessibility and organization of all training materials.
Additional Responsibilities:
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' understanding and utilization of the CRM.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted training programs to address them.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.Partner with the CRM owner on the rollout of updates and advancements and incorporate relevant information into training materials and programs.Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees on the effective use of CRM tools and features.Supervisory Responsibilities:

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.3 to 5 years hands-on experience working with CRM software in an Enterprise environmentPreferred:
