This is a 12 Month Contract.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing: Work to grow online assortment and customer offering Respond to and resolve operational issues in a timely manner Work to optimize business process and identify opportunities to reduce costs and/or improve customer experience Maintain standard reporting templates. Distribute/publish to skateholders as needed Prepare various ad-hoc reporting requests and analytical reports Provide excellent level of customer service to all levels of the business Ensure that the business has relevant, reliable and timely information including Key Performance Indicators (KPl's) Identify trends and areas of opportunity in KPIs Support the preparation of data analysis, insight and recommendations, as assigned Special projects as assigned Work with Deployment Manager to ensure expectations and timelines met What you have to offer:A minimum of 8 years of Operational experience (backstage or instore)
Experience in Microsoft Suite
Knowledge of Ocado systems (preferred)
